What we do
Two ways to think about a concrete job: what it looks like, and where it goes. The finish is the surface you choose. The application is what we are actually building. Most jobs are one of each.
Finishes
-
Exposed Aggregate
Stone washed back to the surface. Grippy, hides marks, good all-rounder.
-
Honed Concrete
Ground back smooth and low-glare. Suits alfrescos and indoor-outdoor floors.
-
Liquid Limestone
Pale limestone mix, stays cool underfoot. The usual choice around pools.
-
Architectural Concrete
Curves, steppers, benches and feature pieces set out on site.
-
Coloured Concrete
Colour through the mix rather than on top of it, so it wears in not off.
-
Grey Concrete
Plain, well built, non-slip. Often the sensible choice, and we will say so.
Where it goes
-
Concrete Driveways
New and replacement. Removal, base prep, drainage and crossovers.
-
Concrete Patios & Alfrescos
Alfrescos and patios, set to run on from the floor inside.
-
Concrete Pool Surrounds
Cool underfoot, grippy when wet, poured as one continuous surface.
-
Shed Pads & Garage Slabs
Garage slabs and shed hardstands, built for the load that goes on them.
-
Concrete Steps & Steppers
Entry stairs, floating steps and exposed aggregate steps, set out so they walk right.
-
Commercial Concrete
Factory and warehouse slabs, hardstands, carparks and entrance paths.
Not sure which you need?
Most people know roughly what they want built and not what finish suits it. Ring Regan on 0433 510 118 and talk it through.
